Dishes

Yesterday Dan and I went shopping at Value World and Salvation Army. This is one of our favorites activities. I was particularly looking for a winter coat, but found no success. I am not sure why, but we always have to wonder around the dishes and usually the furniture too. This time we found a set of four pretty dinner plates for $5. I liked them, but I wasn't entirely sure I wanted them. Dan convinced me that it would cost far more to eat out once than buy the plates, so we would just eat in once to pay for them. Never mind that we hardly ever even eat out and when we do it usually from the value menu at McDonalds or Taco Bell! He decided to buy them for me. As we were just about to check out we glanced at the furniture and on one of the tables were more pieces that matched the plates we had in hand. And so, in conclusion we walked out with 8 dinner plates, 4 dessert plates, 4 tea cups and saucers, 2 serving platters and 2 serving bowls.  I really like them. I like the shape of them and the silver trim. Thank you Dan!
