Drink More Water

Because I want to make a post and I am too brain dead to post anything very serious right now. I spent the entire day yesterday filling out job applications. Even had an interview (it went really well, I ended up turning them down). So anyway...

I really like my Better Bottle from CamelBak. I like to stay hydrated, (rather my body tells me in certain ways that is important to stay hydrated) but the simple fact is that if it takes more than a little effort I most likely won't be drinking enough. I can not tell you how excited I as to receive a Better Bottle from my friend Ashley for my birthday this past year. The Better Bottle not only makes it easy to carry water with me on the go, but due to the classic Camel back bite valve design combined with an internal straw, easy to consume water as well. No tipping. Just bite and suck. I can even do this hands free. Great for drinking and driving. The bottle hold 3 full glasses of water. This is great because I don't have to refill it too many times.

The only thing I would complain about regarding this bottle is that after I put some tea in it the bite valve retained the flavor of the tea and started growing black mold inside. I cleaned it out and the mold still came back a few times. Now that I am back in Michigan I have only filled it with filtered water  (the water in California was so awful) and haven't had a problem with mold.

The bottle comes in many colors. I just posted a pink photo because mine is pink. For those of you that refuse to drink out of plastic, even if it is BPA free (really I don't know exactly what that means, I just assume it is better than with BPA. and actually I did look it up on wikipedia once) the Better Bottle now also comes in Stainless Steel. No excuses now. Get your better bottle and drink more water.
